On August 4, 2022, an event was held within the framework of Entrepreneurship in Movement, thanks to the support of USA for IOM, Citi Foundation and IOM Dominican Republic, in which the study Analysis of Labor Inclusion Opportunities for Venezuelan migrants in the Dominican Republic was presented.

This study evaluates the possibilities of integration of the population of Venezuelan migrants to the economic and social development of the Dominican Republic. The study analyzes the market systems in the country and identifies productive sectors in which the inclusion of migrants can mean a great opportunity for their growth.
